ICA, Baltic Restaurant & Bar and the Polish Cultural Institute in London present the Closing Gala of the 2019 Kinoteka Polish Film Festival, featuring a screening of Cold War followed by a 1960s dinner party and live jazz concert.

BEHIND THE IRON CURTAIN – evening of film, food and music inspired by PAWEŁ PAWLIKOWSKI’S COLD WAR.

Poland in the Sixties – the land of gloom or the happiest barrack in the socialist camp? Travel in time and check what it was like behind the curtain.

Join us for a splendid evening of film, music and food inspired by the Oscar nominated “Cold War” by Pawel Pawlikowski. Watch this beautifully shot and emotionally uplifting film at Institute of Contemporary Arts first and then board a special bus to continue the evening at the Baltic restaurant with a three course dinner in a company of the film director. Finish the evening listening to the Polish jazz, performed by the legendary Zbigniew Namysłowski Quintet.
